Yes! When our schedule allows, we can offer same-day or next-day appointments. Please call to schedule if you prefer same-day.

In-person, telehealth, and house call appointments, depending on the selected service.

For some services, yes. We'll meet with you first to discuss your needs and preferences and build a customized plan. This is a great time to have all of your questions answered. In some cases, lab work or other screenings may be necessary to proceed with treatment — this is for your safety and satisfaction with the services we offer. There is no obligation to purchase services.

Full practice authority for nurse practitioners in Illinois means the healthcare provider can independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, and prescribe medications.
PAYMENT & POLICIES

We accept cash and major credit cards. Private health insurance can be billed for laboratory orders, if needed.

We're able to order labs at Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp at this time.

Some services may be HSA/FSA eligible if they are medically necessary (such as certain hormone treatments). Check with your plan administrator for coverage questions.

A credit card is necessary to book services but will not be charged until the time of service. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time.
